Paypal To Takeover Israili Fraud Sciences Ltd. For $169 Million

Paypal division of eBay Inc. is in talks with the Israeli online risk and analytics tools company Fraud Sciences Ltd for a sum of $169. The takeover will help paypal improve and provide better security services to its customers.

Fraud Sciences founders Shvat Shaked and Saar Wilf and Chief Operating Officer Yossi Barak will join PayPal’s technology and fraud management teams. President and Chief Executive Gadi Maier will offer strategic and operational support during the transition period.

Google To Fight Domain Tasting Used By Domain Profiteers

Google is planning to do some goodwill here to prevent domain names misuse..what google is planning is to introduce a system to detect a form of domain registration abuse known as domain kiting. In doing so, the company stands to lose millions in advertising revenue, though it may gain far more in user trust and goodwill.

Currently Domain Registrants generally have a five-day grace period between the time a domain is registered and the time payment for the domain is due. This is what Domain Profiteers makes profit from they used to buy a domain test it for advertisement and then re-register it after it to reset the grace period and postpone payment.

Logitech Launches Wireless Keyboard PC-TV Controller

Logitech named this device as diNovo Mini, the new device is in a fact a wireless, plam-sized keyboard, which connects to your PC via Bluetooth technology. This wireless keyboard includes hotkeys for media players and web browsing , as well as page-up and page-down buttons that allow people to scroll down when surfing the Web and zoom in and out of documents and images.
